Cancellation & Refund Policy

At EmMorgs Nutrition, we are committed to supporting your journey with structured, intentional coaching. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our cancellation and refund terms below.
1. Coaching Commitment
All coaching plans require a minimum 3-month commitment. This ensures adequate time to implement strategies, build habits, and see measurable progress.
By signing up, you agree to complete a minimum of three (3) full months of coaching. Early cancellations within this period will still require full payment for the 3-month term.
2. Cancellation Policy
After the 3-month minimum, clients may cancel their coaching subscription with at least 30 days’ written notice.
Cancellations must be submitted via email to emma@emmorgsnutrition.com. The final payment will be processed during the notice period, and coaching services will continue through that final month.
Example:
If you cancel on August 10th, your final billing date will be September 1st, and services will end September 30th.
3. Refund Policy
All payments made to EmMorgs Nutrition are non-refundable.
This includes:

Monthly payments

Upfront packages

Missed or unused coaching check-ins or sessions
Coaching requires ongoing commitment and communication. We encourage you to reach out proactively if you are struggling with consistency, progress, or support so we can work through it together.
4. Payment & Billing
Payments are collected via Ikhoka EFT on a recurring monthly basis, unless otherwise agreed.
It is your responsibility to ensure billing details are up to date. Missed payments may result in coaching being paused until payment is received.
